Single tickets are available online (on sale July 1). Season subscriptions are arranged by the printed order form, phone, or in person.

Box Office: (231) 947-7120, Monday–Friday 9 am – 7 pm. At the TC Phil Center: 1724 S. Garfield Ave, Traverse City, MI 49686. In person at the concert venue starting one hour prior to the program.

Doors open at 2 pm for 3 pm matinees and 6:30 pm for 7:30 pm evening performances. Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to find your seat and settle in.

Doors close promptly at the start; latecomers are seated in the balcony or nearest available seat, and can move to assigned seats at intermission. Most performances last about two hours, including a 15-minute intermission.

Season subscribers save 5%, 10%, or 15% by bundling concerts, plus save on fees.

First-time attendees receive 25% off their first performance — call the Box Office. Students receive 50% off single tickets. Groups of eight or more receive 10% off (one performance, purchased together).

Coupon codes may be used by anyone, but only one discount applies at a time. Discounts are available by phone, in person, or at the door.

All sales are final and no refunds are issued. You may return the ticket as a donation, exchange it for another performance this season at no charge, or give it to a friend.

To switch performances, let us know by 2 pm the Friday before the concert.

Have tickets mailed ($2), emailed to print at home (free), or held at Will Call (free).

Mailed tickets arrive within 7 business days (3 if purchased within two weeks of the concert). Will Call opens at 2 pm for Sunday matinees or 6:30 pm for evenings. Tickets purchased within one week of a concert are automatically held at Will Call.

Children of all ages are welcome with adult supervision. Use your judgment about attention span — a full-length classical concert generally isn’t suited to children under 4–5.

If your child becomes restless, please step out and re-enter at a break. Let the Box Office know in advance and we’ll seat you near an aisle. For little ones, check out the FREE TC Phil ToTs @ TADL events at the Woodmere Branch library, designed for ages 5 and under.

There’s no dress code — business casual is most common, and all are welcome.

It’s traditional to hold applause until the conductor turns to face the audience. But if you’re moved to applaud between movements, please do.

Please silence electronics in the hall. Recording, video, and photography are not permitted.

Be considerate of neighbors: limit perfume, coughing, program-rustling, and movement while the orchestra plays.
