Daniella Greene

An active performer, teacher, and arts administrator, Daniella Greene leads a multi-faceted career in the arts world. She is the teaching assistant for Professor Yvonne Lam at Michigan State University, where she is pursuing her Doctorate of Musical Arts and a Graduate Certificate in Arts and Cultural Management. She is also on faculty at the MSU Community Music School as a Suzuki violin teacher. Daniella was recently appointed as Assistant Principal Second Violin of the Traverse City Philharmonic, and serves as Festival Manager for the Crescent City Chamber Music Festival and Administrative Coordinator for the Los Angeles Suzuki Institute.

Daniella has played with the Battle Creek Symphony, Jackson Symphony, Hartford Symphony, Connecticut Virtuosi Ensemble, Crescent City Chamber Music Festival, and Foot in the Door contemporary ensemble. She has also attended festivals such as Meadowmount, Kent-Blossom, Encore, and Festival del Lago in Mexico. A dedicated educator, she has served on faculty at Michigan State University, Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp, the Hartt School Community Division, and founded and directed a Suzuki program at Oak Grove Montessori School in Connecticut. As an arts administrator, Daniella has worked with educational programs and professional ensembles, and has previously held positions with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, Hartt School, Lions Gate Trio, and the Crescent City Chamber Music Festival. Daniella received her Bachelor of Music from the University of Akron, and graduate degrees in Suzuki Pedagogy and Music Performance from the Hartt School at the University of Hartford.
