Hall Set-Up Request
For a Community Music School performance or rehearsal in the Performance/Rehearsal Hall, fill in the set-up form so Production knows your room layout, chairs and stands, tables, risers, piano, podium, microphones, lighting, and what time you need access.
Allow at least two weeks for anything involving staging or equipment. Same-day setup cannot be guaranteed.
There is also a paper copy at the Front Desk, with a blank hall layout you can sketch on. Questions: cms@tcphil.org.
