Carol Man Lee is a pianist, collaborative pianist, and music educator who has maintained an active private teaching studio for more than 30 years. An alumna of Interlochen Arts Academy — where she studied piano on scholarship and was named one of the Academy’s Concerto Competition winners — she went on to earn both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in piano performance from the University of Southern California’s Thornton School of Music, studying with Daniel Pollack and, in keyboard collaborative arts, with Kevin FitzGerald.

Alongside a national performing career spanning solo, chamber, and orchestral repertoire, she has worked extensively as a collaborative pianist with vocal, instrumental, and musical theater programs across the country. She is an active member of the Music Teachers National Association and the Music Teachers Association of California, where she has served in leadership and adjudication roles, and she is a California-credentialed classroom teacher. Outside the studio she is an avid cyclist and tennis player.
